GPS Solutions Accuracy
WAAS/Egnos
Free regional correction source, providing 6”-8” (15cm -20cm) pass-to-pass accuracy.
Terrastar L
Global subscription based correction source, providing 6”-8” (15cm -20cm) pass-to-pass accuracy and 15” (40cm) repeatability with sub 5 minute convergence times.
Terrastar C Pro
Global subscription based correction source with multi-constellation support, triple L-beam tracking and 15 minute convergence time for great positioning accuracy, availability, and reliability providing 1”-2″ (2.5cm-5cm) pass-to-pass accuracy.
Terrastar X
: Regional subscription based correction source with multi-constellation support, triple L-beam tracking and under 1 minute convergence time for RTK from the Sky performance, providing sub inch (< 2.5cm) pass-to-pass accuracy.
RTK
Sub-inch accuracy RTK correction via Base Station or NTRIP. InCommand displays have built-in NTRIP compatibility for networks RTK corrections and AgFiniti through a single cellular data.
StableLoc
Maintains accurate steering – even when your correction signal is temporarily lost – by seamlessly transitioning to the next available signal source. When the signal is restored, the system will then transition back to the higher accuracy source, eliminating position jumps.
GLIDE
Offers superior pass to pass performance in situations when a differential signal is not available.
Harvest Monitoring
View yield and moisture maps in real-time for instant feedback on yield performance across the field.
Simple two-load calibration process (recommended) gives you world-class accuracy, system is flexible from one simple calibration to the gold standard of 4-6 loads.
Live grain counter gives all connected displays and devices Two resettable bushel counters allow you to track grain to a wagon, semi, bin or as you see fit.
CartACE
CartACE utilizes existing equipment and technology on machines within your operation making it cost effective for any operation. Connectivity is facilitated through a cellular connection of your choice.
Simply get close to the combine and engage steering. Guidance line is automatically created using the logged combine data allowing grain cart to steer on combine path for easier unloading.
Track combine’s progress with a live map of harvested portion of the field from the display in the grain cart and on iPad from anywhere. Know when and where to be to operate efficiently
Support for multiple combines working together, combine displays match sharing information live progress and share with connected vehicles.
No more guessing where the combine is or watching for that amber flashing light. Know exactly when and where to meet the combine to unload.
Direct Command
Liquid Application
-
Autoswath Section Control
Reduces overapplication and product waste by automatically turning the applicator (liquid or granular) on/off based on field boundaries and already-applied areas as it passes over the field. Control up to 36 boom sections or 144 using task control.
-
Rate Control
Access your maps and field information anytime, anywhere when everything is automatically synced to the cloud.
-
Smart Reports
Automatically generate SmartReport .pdf reports that provide location, product information, applied totals, as-applied maps and more right from the display.
-
Droplet Size Monitor
Program droplet sizes to show droplet size on pressure gauge while operating
Granular Application
-
Ease of Calibration
Calibration is measured in a simple to understand cfr (cubic feet per revolution) of product. Calibrating can be done statically dumping product and weighing, or an in field version that allows you to log acres and calibrate on the fly.
-
Container Sequencing
Make running and tracking blended products easier than every by being able to enter and track blended products.
-
Rate Control
Allows you to accurately apply products and variable rate products via prescriptions.
Planting
Seed Command (Legacy)
Clutches
Autoswath allows seed savings by eliminating overlap of planting products. Surestop clutches can be simply added to your current planter by breaking the chain. We are also able to hook to OEM clutches
Monitoring
Seed Tube monitoring Module can hook to your existing seed tubes and monitor all rows of your planter. Live population, singulation, skips, doubles are recorded on the map behind the machine showing your performance.
Hydraulic rate control
Hydraulic seed rate control allows you to have more consistency over seed rate versus ground drive. This also allows for prescriptions to be ran for variable rate seeding.
Seed Command (current models)
-
Hydrualic downforce allows for consistant planting depth at all time controlling each row individually. A weigh cell is placed on row unit sensing down pressure of gauge wheel load.
-
Individual Row Section Control- Each SureDrive row also acts as an individual section shut-off, reducing overlap, wasted seed, and lodged plants.
Variable Rate or Prescription Based-Easily and effectively vary the population across the whole planter with the hyper-responsive electric SureDrive unit.
Turn Compensation-Avoid overplanting inside rows and underplanting outside rows with turn compensation. SureDrive automatically adjusts meter speed on each row to keep a consistent population around turns, contours, and terraces.
Installs on existing OEM Meters and eliminates wear parts such as chains, bearings, shafts, and sprockets.
-
High-Speed planting solutions.
Will retrofit on most OEM planter configurations
Unique meter design and controlled transfer of seeds from meter to delivery device maximizes singulation and ensures perfect spacing at all speeds up to 12mph.
The flighted delivery belt has the lowest release point in the industry for consistent spacing at any speed.
Low maintenance system. No tools are required.
Software Solutions
Agfiniti
Cloud based solutions connecting all your displays.
DisplayCast
Connect all incommand monitors in field so that each machine can see each others map and information.
CartACE
Allows combine to steer with combine and show bushel counters for each machine allowing for grain cart drivers to efficiently know where combines are and how full the grain tank is.
Twenty-five years ago, Ag Leader was started by an engineer with a dream of making farmers’ lives better. That dream led him to inventing the first commercially successful on-the-go yield monitor. Today, we have that same goal as we bring precision technology to the market, helping farmers plan, plant, apply and harvest more efficiently and accurately.
